We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions, manage data effectively, and contribute to improved customer engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle both inbound and outbound call processes efficiently.
2. Maintain and manage customer data with accuracy and confidentiality.
3. Analyze customer insights, buying behavior, and predictive patterns to support better segmentation, profile targeting, and product positioning.
4. Ensure timely reporting and generate MIS reports for business and campaign performance.
5. Maintain high-quality call standards and ensure excellent on-call customer experience.
6. Service and follow up on leads generated through ATL and BTL marketing activities, driving productivity in terms of walk-ins and bookings.

Requirements:

1.



Candidates must have a background in Interior or Real Estate, with 0–6 years of experience.
2. Must have a positive attitude and be goal-oriented.
3. Robust communication and convincing skills are essential.
4. Excellent conversational abilities and strong customer service skills.
5. Must be fluent in a minimum of four languages: English, Hindi.
6. Proficient in Excel and able to work with various reports.
7. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and good knowledge of data mining and analysis tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
