The company also owns a premium women’s wear brand, Envy Me, which has presence across Chennai, Bangalore & Coimbatore.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in women’s ethnic wear, strong styling sense, and the ability to deliver an exceptional in-store shopping

experience.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist customers in selecting outfits that suit their preferences, body type, and occasion

 Provide styling advice and productrecommendations

 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

 Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness

 Stay updated on current fashion trends, especially in ethnic wear

 Handle billing, returns, and basic store operations

 Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits





 Support inventory management and stock replenishment

Requirements

 Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in retail / fashion industry

 Bachelor’s degree in Fashion / Textile / Apparel (NIFT or similar institutes preferred)

 Strong interest in fashion, especially women’s ethnic wear

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable personality

 Basic knowledge of sales techniques and retail operations

 Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment  Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills

 Sense of styling and color coordination

 Basic understanding of fabrics, fits, and trends

 Experience in boutique or apparel retail (added advantage)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
