Role Description This full-time on-site role as a Student Support & Admissions Counselor – Life Skills & College Apps involves guiding students through every stage of their university application journey.

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students on application strategy, personal development, and goal setting
- Stay in regular, proactive contact with all assigned students throughout the entire journey, from onboarding to final submission
- Research and curate relevant life skills content, activities, and enrichment opportunities suited to each student's profile and target schools
- Build and maintain a resource library of activities, summer programs, competitions, and workshops relevant to college applications
- Guide students in building a compelling extracurricular and personal narrative for their applications




- Provide end-to-end support including essay brainstorming, activity list planning, and interview preparation
- Update backend data on portal on courses, universities , scholarship etc.

The role primarily includes responding to student and parent inquiries, maintaining accurate records and progress reports, and collaborating with the internal team to improve advising resources.

Qualifications

- Genuinely passionate about education and student empowerment
- Strong Interpersonal Communication skills to build trust with students and families, and to explain complex information clearly.
- Experience, or background in academic counseling, teaching, or student advising.
- A bachelor’s degree in education, Psychology, Counseling, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
