Senior Python Developer

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with robust expertise in REST API development at scale. You will build high-performance backend services, design scalable architectures, deploy on AWS, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Flask/Django/FastAPI.
- Design and optimize database models using ORMs (SQLAlchemy/Django ORM).
- Work extensively with PostgreSQL.
- Implement distributed/background tasks using Celery and RabbitMQ.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS (ECS/Fargate, EC2, RDS, Lambda, Glue).
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Perform code reviews, mentor juniors,



and troubleshoot production issues.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of backend development with Python.
- Proven experience in REST API development at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Flask (primary), with Django/FastAPI a plus.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks.
- Experience with Redis, Celery, and RabbitMQ.
- Proficiency with AWS services and Docker.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, and testing.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
