About the Role

We're hiring Social Media & Lead Conversion Interns to be the first human touchpoint for students who reach out to us on Instagram, WhatsApp, and other DMs. You won't just be replying to messages - you'll be having real conversations with students and parents, understanding what they're looking for, and inviting them to visit our Pitampura office for a counselling session.

This is a high-conversation, high-conviction role. If you love talking to people, are quick on chat, and aren't afraid of picking up the phone to close the loop - this is for you.

What You'll Do

- Respond to inbound leads on DMs/WhatsApp promptly and warmly
- Understand each student's stream, city, rank/marks, and college preferences
- Explain what Steps to College offers in a way that builds trust - not a sales pitch, a real conversation
- Follow up consistently (leads rarely convert on message one)
- Make outbound calls to leads who've gone quiet on chat




- Convince and schedule qualified leads to visit our office in person for counselling
- Maintain a clean daily log of your leads, conversations, and visit conversions

What We're Looking For

- Excellent written communication - explicit, warm, and persuasive over chat
- Comfortable making and taking phone calls with strangers
- Genuine interest in talking to people and understanding their needs
- Self-motivated - someone who follows up without being told to
- Own laptop (mandatory)
- Available to work from our Pitampura office

No prior experience required. We're looking for attitude and communication skill over a resume.

What You'll Get

- 3-month internship with a clear path to a full-time offer based on performance
- Real, hands-on training in sales conversations, lead handling, and objection handling from our senior counselling team
- Target: 10–15 leads assigned per week/cycle, with structured training on how to move them from chat to office visit
