Key Responsibilities :-

- Counsel prospective parents and students regarding academic programs, curriculum, facilities, and the admission process.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls and online admission leads.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and address all admission-related queries.
- Explain fee structure and payment procedures.
- Follow up with inquiries regularly to convert leads into confirmed admissions.
- Assist parents in completing admission forms and collecting the required documents.
- Verify admission documents and ensure compliance with school policies.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM or admission management system.
- Meet monthly and annual admission targets set by the management.
- Participate in admission campaigns, education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports for management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to enhance satisfaction and referrals.
- Ensure a professional, courteous, and positive experience for every prospective family.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/admission software.

Qualifications :-

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1–5 years of experience in admissions, counseling, education, sales,
- Experience in schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, or EdTech organizations is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :-

- Number of inquiries handled.
- Parent meetings and campus visits scheduled.
- Lead-to-admission conversion rate.
- Monthly and annual admission targets achieved.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- Parent satisfaction and feedback scores.
- Accuracy and timeliness of admission documentation and reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
