We are now looking for an experienced Client Servicing Manager to join our team and drive excellence in client relationships and project delivery.

Role Overview

The Client Servicing Manager will act as the primary bridge between clients and our internal teams. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised, and skilled at understanding client needs and ensuring timely delivery of all services with quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and requirements thoroughly.
- Coordinate with creative, digital marketing, design, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Plan monthly content calendars, campaigns, and deliverables for clients.
- Monitor the quality, accuracy, and consistency of work delivered.
- Handle client calls, meetings, approvals, and feedback efficiently.
- Maintain client satisfaction by ensuring transparency, timely communication,



and proactive updates.
- Troubleshoot issues, manage delays, and ensure smooth workflow across teams.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and performance summaries.
- Identify opportunities for upselling services and strengthening client relationships.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, content creation, and social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage timelines effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
