Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our finance team as Accounts Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:
➢ Assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
➢ Process vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports.
➢ Manage accounts receivable and payable ledgers.
➢ Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
➢ Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
➢ Maintain filing and documentation systems.
➢ Provide support to other departments as needed.

Requirements:
1. Education: B. Com/ M. Com/ MBA Finance/ Accounting or Any Degree
2. Freshers (0-1 year of experience) with a strong desire to learn.
3. Skills:




❖ Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
❖ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
❖ Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
❖ Attention to detail and accuracy.
❖ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
❖ proficiency in tally prime.
❖ Very good understanding on accounting practices, GST, TDS & ITR

Desirable Qualities:
1. Very good knowledge & work experience in Accounting Software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks). 2. Basic knowledge of GST and tax laws.
3. Very good communication skills & willingness to travel

Selection Process:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹230,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
