Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Personal Loan Agent to assist clients in obtaining personal loans suited to their financial needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to guide customers through the loan application and approval process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels
- Educate clients on available personal loan products, terms, and eligibility criteria
- Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting required documentation
- Evaluate client financial information to recommend suitable loan options
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely approvals
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance,
Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, banking, or financial services is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of lending procedures and financial products
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
