Job Opening: Accountant
About Us:
We are a growing business looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant to handle our daily financial transactions, ledger management, and statutory compliances. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proficient in Tally, and experienced in taxation.
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan (Local candidates preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle basic accounting and day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
- Perform ledger reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and vendor statement verifications.
- Manage purchase accounting, verifying bills, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Maintain precise digital records and entries in Tally ERP / Prime.
- Handle email communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding accounts.
- Assist in GST & TDS compliance, including documentation, computation, and preparation for filings.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for all physical and digital financial documents.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Tally software.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, journal entries, and ledger matching.
- Positive knowledge of GST and TDS rules and processing.
- Professional email communication and basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
- High attention to detail and accuracy in numbers.
Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
- 3–5 years of working experience as an accountant or senior accounts executive.
