Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Inside Sales Specialists to promote our online tutoring services and enroll students by connecting with parents and learners. This is a performance-based opportunity where your earnings depend on the number of successful enrollments you generate.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, social media, referrals, and other outreach methods.
- Contact prospective parents and students to understand their academic needs.
- Explain the advantages of our tutoring programs and answer questions.
- Guide families through the enrollment process.
- Follow up with interested prospects until they make a decision.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.

Who We're Looking For

- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Confident in speaking with parents and students over the phone.




- Self-driven and comfortable working independently.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, customer support, or education is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation

- 100% Performance-Based Commission
- Earn commission for every successful student enrollment.
- No cap on earnings—the more enrollments you generate, the more you earn.
- Weekly or monthly commission payouts (depending on company policy).
