Job Title: Blending Shift Supervisor

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Supervise blending operations and ensure production targets are met.

- Manage a team and coordinate activities across shifts.

- Ensure quality standards are maintained in blending processes.

- Monitor equipment operation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety compliance.

- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and batch details.

- Coordinate with production planning, maintenance, and quality teams.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in relevant field (Chemical/Mechanical).

- 0–5 years of experience in blending or related operations.

- Leadership and communication skills.

- Knowledge of safety standards and equipment handling.
