Experience : 10+ years

Job Description:

- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work culture, mediate workplace disputes, and handle disciplinary or grievance processes fairly and legally.
- Performance & Development: Manage performance appraisal systems and identify employee training needs to maximize workforce productivity.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive salary structures and administer advantages packages to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Compliance & Policy: Develop and enforce HR policies while ensuring the organization adheres to all local and federal labor laws.
