Position: Pharma Tele Caller

Department: Sales & Customer Support

Job Location: Industrial Phase 2, Panchkula, Haryana

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend and respond to customer inquiries received through IndiaMART, Netmeds, Truemeds, Tata 1mg, company website, WhatsApp, email, and other online platforms.
- Contact customers to understand their medicine or product requirements.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, and promotional offers.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders by maintaining effective communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain daily records of leads, customer interactions, and order status in CRM/ERP or Excel.
- Follow up with pending inquiries and repeat customers to maximize sales.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues whenever required.
- Ensure timely response to all online inquiries as per company standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly inquiry handling and sales conversion targets.

Required Qualifications:





- Graduate in any discipline (B.Pharm/D.Pharm/Life Sciences preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, or pharma customer service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good customer handling and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare terminology.
- Familiarity with online pharmacy portals and lead management platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM/ERP software.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
