The Overseas Executive will be responsible for coordinating with overseas agents, handling international shipments, ensuring smooth documentation, and maintaining effective communication to support import and export operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with overseas agents and partners for import and export shipments
- Handle international communication via email and phone with overseas clients and agents
- Manage shipment bookings, rate confirmations, and follow-ups
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as BL, HBL, Invoice, Packing List, and Shipping Instructions
- Track shipments and provide timely status updates to customers and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company SOPs
- Resolve shipment-related issues and coordinate for timely delivery
- Maintain records of shipments and overseas correspondence
Skills & Competencies:
- Good knowledge of freight forwarding operations (Air & Sea – Import/Export)
- Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across time zones
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / Post Graduate (preferably in Logistics or Commerce)
- 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Freshers with relevant training may also be considered

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
