Key Responsibilities:

· Manage Pharma & BFSI client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.

· Drive business development, client pitching, proposal creation, and commercial closures.

· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

· Develop business plans aligned with revenue and growth targets.

· Coordinate with strategy, creative, digital, events, and execution teams.

· Present proposals, campaign reports, and business reviews to clients.

· Track revenue pipeline, account performance, and collections.

· Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

· Stay updated on Pharma & BFSI industry trends and market developments.

· Represent the agency at client meetings and industry events.

Requirements:

· 8–10 years of experience in client servicing, account management,



or business development.

· Background in marcom, experiential, or integrated marketing agencies preferred.

· Experience handling Pharma and/or BFSI clients preferred.

· Strong business development and revenue growth experience.

· Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Robust commercial understanding and negotiation skills.

· Graduate in any discipline. MBA in Marketing/Business Management preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
