Job Summary

Star Colourpark India Private Limited is seeking a highly organized and professional Senior Front Office Executive to manage front office operations, coordinate administrative activities, handle customer interactions, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills while maintaining a positive and qualified image of the company.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Management

- Manage daily front office operations and ensure a professional reception workplace.
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor appointments.

Customer Service & Coordination

- Act as the first point of contact for customers and business inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, approvals, and service requests.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure high service standards.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required.

Administrative Responsibilities

- Manage office correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and databases.
- Coordinate courier services, dispatches, and incoming deliveries.




- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Assist management in administrative and operational activities.

Sales & Production Coordination

- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, and Dispatch teams regarding customer requirements.
- Track order status and update customers when required.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and job schedules.
- Support sales teams in preparing customer documentation and follow-up activities.

Team Supervision

- Guide and support junior front office staff.
- Ensure front office procedures are followed consistently.
- Train new employees on front office operations and customer service standards.
- Monitor daily workflow and improve operational efficiency.

Management Support

- Schedule appointments, meetings, and internal discussions for management.
- Prepare meeting minutes and maintain important records.
- Assist management in coordinating business communications.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Front Office, Administration, Customer Service, or Office Coordination.
- Experience in Printing, Packaging, Manufacturing, or Service Industry is preferred.
