We are hiring on behalf of a client in the Healthcare Sector

Position: Sr. Analyst / Consultant
Experience:

Sr. Analyst: 1.6 to 3 years

Consultant: 3 to 5 years

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities

You will interact with both clients and teams within the Organisation to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. Your work may span multiple projects supporting targeted activities or entire work streams which may be different across each project. Those activities include the following:

- Conduct complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach.

- Develop outputs (e.g. PowerPoint slides) to support overall project deliverable.

- Conduct a straightforward project or work stream with moderate oversight.

- Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., Excel models) to support key decision-making.

- Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value.

- Conducting secondary research to address gaps in understanding.

Requirements

The successful life sciences consultant candidate must have the following skills and experience:





- Able to independently manage activities across multiple work streams (e.g., storylines, ghosting documents, data gathering, etc.), and able to provide thought partnership for more ambiguous or complex projects

- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

- Well-positioned to serve as a mentor for junior team members.

- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, rapid-paced, and collaborative team environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc).

- Requires and seeks support for more complex projects or difficult client situations.

- Highly analytical and structured approach to solving complex problems.

Qualifications

- Undergraduate or Master’s degree in the life sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent.

- Minimum 6 months of experience in life sciences consulting.
