Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit quality candidates for digital marketing roles.
- Expertise in headhunting and passive candidate sourcing.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to interview coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across digital marketing domains.

Requirements:

- Proven experience hiring for digital marketing roles (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Web Development, Sales, etc.).
- Strong expertise in headhunting .
- Must have a solid LinkedIn network and be proficient in leveraging LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and headhunting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver quality profiles within agreed timelines.
