DailyGong Financial Service Limited is looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Relationship Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting financial products, opening Demat and Trading Accounts, and building long-term customer relationships while achieving monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire new customers through various channels.
- Open Demat and Trading Accounts for clients.
- Promote and sell financial products and investment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Educate clients about stock market investments, trading platforms, and financial products.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Stay updated on market trends and company products.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of the Stock Market and Financial Markets.
- Knowledge of Demat and Trading Accounts.
- Familiarity with NSE, BSE, and SEBI regulations.
- Understanding of Equity, Derivatives,



Commodities, and Mutual Funds.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
- Customer relationship management and sales skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and computer applications.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, MBA, Finance, Economics, or related fields preferred).
- Freshers with basic knowledge of financial markets are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in financial services, sales, relationship management, banking, broking, or investment advisory will be an added advantage.
