​About the Role

​We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will transform raw footage into visually engaging, high-quality video content that resonates with our audience.

​You’ll work closely with our Team to craft videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, online courses, advertisements, VSL, Image posts on social media, etc

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Edit raw video footage into polished, cohesive long-form and/or short-form videos.
- ​Add engaging elements including dynamic subtitles/captions, motion graphics, sound effects (SFX), background music, and smooth transitions.
- ​Perform color grading, audio cleaning, and volume normalization.
- ​Tailor video content for specific platforms (e.g., 16:9 for YouTube, 9:16 for Reels/Shorts).
- ​Organize raw assets, project files, and final exports efficiently.
- ​Stay updated on current video trends, visual styles,



and platform algorithms to maximize audience engagement.

​Requirements & Qualifications

- ​Portfolio/Showreel: Portfolio demonstrating relevant video editing work
- ​Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of industry-standard editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc. (Familiarity with After Effects or CapCut is a plus).
- ​Audio & Visual Skills: Strong sense of timing, pacing, audio mixing and color correction.
- ​Format Knowledge: Understanding of video codecs, aspect ratios, export settings, and platform requirements.
- ​Communication: Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on edits quickly.
- ​Time Management: Able to manage tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks independently.
- ​Experience in creating eye-catching YouTube thumbnails, graphic design assets (Photoshop/Canva) for Social Media

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
