Texura is looking for a creative and execution-focused Fashion Designer to develop commercially viable apparel collections and coordinate the complete design-to-production process.

Key Responsibilities

- Research fashion trends, fabrics, colours, and market preferences.
- Create sketches, mood boards, collections, and production-ready tech packs.
- Coordinate with tailors, pattern masters, vendors, and the production team.
- Manage sampling, fittings, design corrections, and final product approvals.
- Select fabrics, trims, embellishments, and accessories.
- Ensure product quality, timely collection development, and production feasibility.

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, fitting, and production processes.
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, CLO 3D, or similar tools is preferred.
- Solid creativity, communication, and coordination skills.
- Candidates with experience in Khadi, cotton, linen, sustainable textiles, or contemporary apparel will be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,452.34 - ₹43,334.45 per month
