Role – Production Planning and Control

- To establish target and check the deviations by comparing with Key performance indicator measures.
- Coordinates different resources of production system in the most effective and economic manner and to coordinate among different departments.
- Utilization of inventory in the optimal way.
- Scheduling production activities to meet the customer schedules.
- To ensure Material planning & Production planning done as per the requirement to achieve the customer requirements
- Ensuring the machine Inputs & Outputs to meet the monthly targets. loading plan Vs Yield hours (Sold hrs / ESH)
- Collaboration with the Production Manager & Project Managers to ensure the Priority among different Projects to meet the Deliverables.
- Ensuring the Pro-active moves in Advance planning and Circulating 3 months Rolling plan
- Hands on SAP HANA and its T-Codes from MM, PP & SD modules will be an added advantage.




- Responsible for On Time Delivery to the customers.
- Releasing of Production Orders and controlling of WIP in the shop floor.
- Monitoring & Presenting KPI trends to the Management for the weekly & monthly reviews.
- Preparing and submitting the reports to the internal and external customers like OTD, OEE, WIP, Delivery updates, DIR, Contract review, QMS requirements etc.,

Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Abilities:

- BE/Diploma Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or other equivalent degree
- 7-10 years (Min 3 years of Aerospace experience is preferred)
- Manufacturing, Project Management, MPS & TPM.
- Hands on SAP and can make minor troubles shooting.
- Can train others on Up-to-date manufacturing techniques.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
