We’re looking for a creative graphic designer who understands modern consumer brands, not just someone who makes posts.

You’ll work on building a visually distinctive brand across social media, ads, and marketplaces, and help create creatives that not only look good but also drive engagement and conversions.

If you enjoy working on product storytelling, high-performing ad creatives, and brand aesthetics, this role will give you the opportunity to shape the visual identity of a fast-growing consumer brand.

What You’ll Work On

1.Social Media & Content

* Design high-quality Instagram creatives, reels covers, and story formats

* Translate ideas into engaging visual storytelling

* Work with the content team on campaign launches and product storytelling

2.Performance Marketing

* Create Meta Ads and ad creatives

* Design multiple creative variations for A/B testing

* Understand what makes a creative scroll-stopping

3.Marketplace Creatives

Design listing creatives for platforms like:

* Amazon

* Flipkart

* Quick commerce platforms (Blinkit / Instamart)

This includes:

* Product infographics

* Comparison visuals

* Feature highlight creatives

* Lifestyle product imagery

4.Brand Identity





* Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity

* Build design systems and templates to ensure consistency

* Support packaging, product inserts, and campaign creatives

We’re Looking For Someone Who

* Has strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail

* Understands contemporary social media design trends

* Can design clean, premium-looking creatives

* Is comfortable working in a fast-paced D2C environment

* Is proactive and enjoys experimenting with new creative formats

5.Tools & Skills

* Adobe Photoshop

* Adobe Illustrator

* Canva

Bonus Points If You

* Have worked with D2C or consumer brands

* Understand performance marketing creatives

* Follow global brands and design trends
