- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Job description
- Assemble automation machines and mechanical systems according to engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, GA drawings, and assembly documentation.
- Install and align mechanical components, pneumatic systems, and standard machine elements.
- Perform machine testing, troubleshooting, and necessary adjustments before dispatch. Coordinate with the Design, Electrical, and Production teams to ensure smooth assembly operations.
- Ensure product quality by following company standards and inspection procedures.
- Identify and resolve assembly issues to improve productivity and reduce rework.
- Maintain assembly tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.
Follow 5S, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support machine installation and commissioning activities when required.
- Required Skills Good knowledge of mechanical assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T; basics. Knowledge of pneumatic components and hand/power tools.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to travel for machine installation and customer support, if required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
