Required Skills

- Good knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, MSA, and SPC.
- Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD drafting.
- Basic knowledge of 3D modeling in SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and manufacturing processes.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and Core Quality Tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain APQP documents as per customer and IATF 16949 requirements.
- Prepare complete PPAP packages including:
- PSW (Part Submission Warrant)
- Control Plan
- PFMEA
- Process Flow Diagram
- MSA
- SPC
- Dimensional Reports
- Material Test Reports
- Capability Studies
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room, and Design teams for new product development activities.
- Ensure timely submission of PPAP documents to customers.




- Maintain NPD documentation and revision records.
- Prepare and modify 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist in creating and modifying basic 3D models using SolidWorks.
- Support prototype development, sample inspection, and trial production.
- Prepare BOM, process sheets, and engineering change documentation.
- Coordinate with customers regarding drawing changes and document requirements.
- Maintain document control as per ISO/IATF standards.
- Participate in APQP meetings, internal audits, and customer audits.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
