If you enjoy speaking with business owners, generating leads, and creating business opportunities, this role offers excellent earning potential and long-term growth opportunities with an international brand. ## Key Responsibilities * Reach out to business owners and decision-makers through outbound B2B calls. * Make a **minimum of 50 quality outbound calls per day**. * Source and identify new business leads using online platforms and databases. * Generate qualified appointments and sales opportunities for the business development team. * Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM. * Build professional relationships with prospective clients through effective communication. * Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. ## Candidate Requirements * Excellent spoken English with a **clear, neutral accent**. Accent quality is a key requirement. * Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills. * Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, inside sales,
