Role Summary

You will manage the day-to-day operations of our online store, coordinate with our social media agency, respond to customer queries, and ensure smooth order processing. This role requires someone who’s organized, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic about the beauty & fashion space.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update product listings on Shopify (images, pricing, descriptions)

- Track and fulfill online orders, coordinate with logistics partners

- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, website chat, or email

- Liaise with our social media agency for product launches, promotions, and campaigns

- Monitor inventory to ensure products are in stock both online and offline

- Generate weekly sales reports and track key e-commerce metrics

- Coordinate with store team and backend operations for stock syncing





- Assist with uploading content (blogs, banners, product drops) when needed

Desired Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields

- Working knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms (preferred)

- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Google Sheets, and email tools

- Bonus: experience with Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
