We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physiotherapist Trainer to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in physiotherapy and a passion for training, rehabilitation, and preventive care. The role involves conducting training sessions, mentoring wellness professionals, developing rehabilitation protocols, and promoting evidence-based practices to enhance client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver training programs on physiotherapy techniques, posture correction, ergonomics, pain management, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
- Train and mentor physiotherapists, fitness professionals, and wellness coaches on best practices and treatment protocols.
- Assess clients' physical conditions and recommend appropriate rehabilitation and exercise programs when required.
- Develop and update training manuals, SOPs, educational materials, and learning resources.
- Ensure all training content aligns with current clinical guidelines and evidence-based physiotherapy practices.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, workshops, and competency assessments.




- Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to improve clinical and communication skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate physiotherapy into holistic wellness programs.
- Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and wellness practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
- Valid registration with the relevant State Physiotherapy Council or applicable regulatory body.
- 2–3 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy, preferably within a wellness, rehabilitation, sports, or preventive healthcare setting.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or conducting workshops is preferred.
- Strong understanding of musculoskeletal rehabilitation, exercise therapy, posture correction, and ergonomic assessments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
