We are hiring a Client Service Executive for our Kochi operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client queries via phone and email
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, documents, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems
- Ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction
- Support daily client service and backend operations
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory (any discipline)
- Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM tools)
- Prior experience in customer service / insurance / backend operations is an advantage
- Candidate should be based in Ernakulam or Nearby District
