Job Overview

We are seeking a warm, creative, and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will foster early childhood development by creating a safe, engaging, and play-based learning environment. You will help young learners build foundational literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social-emotional growth to prepare them for primary education.

Key Responsibilities

- Lesson Planning & Instruction: Design and deliver age-appropriate, play-based lesson plans that introduce basic numbers, letters, shapes, colors, and motor skills.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a protected, clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment. Encourage positive behavior, sharing, and cooperation among students.
- Creative & Interactive Activities: Organize storytelling, music, art and craft, role play, and outdoor activities to promote physical and social development.
- Child Development & Observation: Track individual student progress, observe developmental milestones, and maintain student portfolios.
- Parent Communication:



Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers regarding their child's daily growth, behavior, and academic progress.
- Student Care & Safety: Ensure safety and health guidelines are met during play, snack, nap, and bathroom routines.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (or NTT / Montessori certification).
- Experience: [1–3+] years of experience working as a preschool, nursery, or kindergarten teacher preferred.
- Certifications: First Aid and CPR certification (preferred/required).
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of early child development principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High levels of patience, empathy, energy, and creativity.
- Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
