The Floor Manager will oversee daily showroom operations, manage the sales team, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage showroom floor activities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor product display, stock availability, and visual merchandising
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Coordinate with management for daily reporting and performance tracking
Requirements:
- 3–6 years experience in retail/showroom management (textile preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments
