About the Role

HyreSpot is looking for a result-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales growth and expand our channel partner network across an assigned territory. You will be responsible for managing multiple districts, recruiting and developing District Sales Managers, and ensuring area-wise revenue targets are achieved. This role is for a hands-on sales leader who enjoys being in the field, building partner relationships, and driving business independently.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for the assigned area

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners and business associates

Expand HyreSpot’s market presence by entering new territories and building strong business networks

Recruit, train, coach, and manage District Sales Managers to drive performance

Set clear goals for partners and DSMs and review results regularly

Generate qualified leads and revenue through direct sales and partner-led business

Support channel partners with product knowledge, sales strategies, marketing activities, and customer engagement

Conduct partner meetings, service presentations, business reviews, and training sessions

Track leads, conversions, revenue, and partner productivity for your area

Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to improve sales results

Study competitor activities, customer requirements, and emerging market opportunities

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, partner interactions, and business pipeline

Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market updates for management

Coordinate with marketing, recruitment, customer support, and operations teams for smooth service delivery

Represent HyreSpot professionally in client meetings, partner discussions, and business events

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Required Qualifications and Experience





Minimum 10+ years of experience in Area Sales, Channel Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development

Proven experience in managing multiple districts or territories

Experience in recruiting, training, and leading District Sales Managers or sales teams

Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales and revenue targets

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field preferred

Robust understanding of territory planning, market development, and channel sales

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and customers

Strong planning, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities

Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment

Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems

Local market knowledge and proficiency in the regional language will be an added advantage

Existing local business network is a plus
