Job Title: Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Drive sales growth by achieving assigned sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Support negotiations and ensure timely closure of sales orders.
- Prepare sales forecasts and maintain accurate sales pipeline reports.
- Update CRM regularly with customer interactions, leads, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Production or related field) OR Dairy Technology.
- 4–6 years of experience in technical sales of capital equipment, preferably in:
- Packaging Machines
- Food Processing Equipment




- Dairy Processing Equipment
- FMCG Machinery
- Industrial Automation Equipment

Desired Skills

- Good technical knowledge of food processing and packaging machinery.
- Experience in selling capital equipment and handling long sales cycles.
- Understanding of dealer/channel development and business expansion.
- Strong engineering fundamentals with a passion for technology and innovation.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and order closure abilities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative and multicultural business workplace.
