Key Responsibilities

- Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets.
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to expand business across key international markets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, consultants, contractors, and key customers.
- Identify and develop current business opportunities with a focus on Nepal, Sri Lanka, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the export sales and backend engineering team to deliver optimized technical and commercial solutions.
- Handle export inquiries and oversee the complete sales cycle from inquiry to order execution.
- Review BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documents to develop competitive techno-commercial proposals.
- Prepare and approve optimized quotations in coordination with Design and Engineering teams.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Dispatch, Logistics, and Accounts to ensure timely execution of export orders.
- Monitor order progress, shipment schedules, payment collections, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain export MIS, sales pipeline, inquiry trackers, forecasts, and management dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with export documentation, international trade regulations, and company policies.
- Provide regular business reviews, market intelligence, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Resolve customer technical and commercial issues promptly while maintaining strong business relationships.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- MBA in Marketing, International Business, or Sales Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 10–15 years of progressive experience in Export Sales within the HVAC/AHU manufacturing industry.




- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, leading export sales teams and driving international business growth.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving export sales targets and expanding business across international markets.
- Hands-on experience in managing distributors, channel partners, OEMs, consultants, EPC contractors, and project-based customers.
- Strong exposure to export operations, international trade, tendering, techno-commercial negotiations, and order execution.
- Experience in developing and managing business across Nepal, Sri Lanka, the Middle East, and Africa will be highly preferred.

Required Skills

Technical

- Strong understanding of Air Handling Units (AHUs) and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documents.
- Expertise in preparing techno-commercial quotations and optimized solutions.

Sales & Business Development

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent business development capabilities across international markets.
- Good understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, logistics, and international trade practices.

Software

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
