- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Epic - Healthy Planet and Compass Rose Clinical Build.

- Robust problem-solving abilities with a focus on diagnosing and resolving software issues.
- Experience working with critical business applications and understanding their interdependencies.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of problems.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capability to work independently while contributing positively to team efforts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Epic - Healthy Planet and Compass Rose Clinical Build.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
