Powermax Fitness India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert enquiries into sales. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Generate sales from fresh and existing leads.
- Explain fitness equipment features and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up on customer enquiries received from website, social media, WhatsApp, and marketplaces.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer support.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 0-3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Sales, or Sales Executive role.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
