About the Role

Scrumconnect Consulting is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and business finance support. The role is suited for someone who is detail-oriented, commercially aware, and able to support accurate financial operations for a growing consulting business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial records.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Handle statutory compliance, tax filings, and audit support.

- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts payable/receivable.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking.

- Work with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data.

- Assist in internal controls, process improvements,



and documentation.

- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies when required.

Required Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.

- Experience in financial reporting and bookkeeping.

- Good understanding of GST, TDS, audit processes, and statutory filings.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in IT services, consulting, or professional services.

- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

- Experience working in a hybrid or fast-paced environment.
