Role Objective:

Single-point owner for material flow, inventory, material movement, basic procurement, ensuring production never stops due to material issues.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Store Operations - Primary Focus

· Independently handle complete store activities (Helper will be provided)

· RM inward, verification, and entry

· Storage, identification, and material management

· Issue of materials to production

· Create and maintain simple, practical systems

· Material movement register (Excel + ERP)

· Maintaining & booking all invoices and

· Stock tracking sheet

· Implement basic discipline

· No material without entry

· No issue without record

· Work closely with production, quality & accounts to understand material flow cycle

B. Purchase - Support Function

· Raise Purchase Request, RFQ, PO,



Payment Request cycle independently

· Do basic cost comparison (minimum 2–3 vendors)

· Follow up with vendors for delivery

· Work closely with production & accounts to streamline the process

Preferred Candidate:

· Someone who has worked in a small factory where 1 person handled everything

· Drive the start up of the department in the factory

· Comfortable with Excel initially & ERP

· Practical, disciplined, and ownership mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,618.40 - ₹25,000.00 per month
