AI Engineer (2+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a talented AI Engineer with 2+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and backend development. You will be responsible for building scalable AI solutions, integrating modern AI models, and working on end-to-end AI product development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent agents. Build and integrate solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, and open-source models. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.

Design and build scalable REST APIs using FastAPI or similar Python frameworks. Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve AI model performance and reliability. Integrate external APIs, tools, and third-party services with AI applications. Work with structured and unstructured data to build intelligent AI workflows. Optimize AI applications for latency, scalability, accuracy, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams to deliver AI-driven features. Deploy and maintain AI services using contemporary cloud and container technologies. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks.





Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Python. 2+ years of experience in AI/ML or backend application development. Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI. Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, PydanticAI, or similar.

Experience with Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, AI Agents, and RAG architectures. Knowledge of vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Weaviate. Experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks. Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture. Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases. Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong understanding of Git and software development best practices.

Preferred Skills Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol). Experience deploying open-source LLMs using vLLM, Ollama, or Hugging Face. Knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with AI workflow automation and multi-agent systems. Familiarity with computer vision, OCR, speech AI, or recommendation systems. Understanding of model evaluation, observability, and performance optimization.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
