Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated GeM Portal Expert specializing in Financial Advisory Services and Financial Audit Services. The role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and facilitating smooth execution of service contracts.

Key Responsibilities

- Service Listing: Register and list financial advisory and audit services on GeM, ensuring accurate categorization and compliance with portal guidelines.
- Bid Participation: Identify relevant tenders, prepare proposals, and participate in bids for financial advisory and audit assignments.
- Contract Management: Oversee service orders, agreements, and execution timelines; coordinate with clients and internal teams for delivery of services.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain audit-ready records, ensure adherence to GeM procurement policies, and prepare compliance reports.
- Pricing & Negotiation: Conduct market analysis, negotiate service fees, and secure competitive contracts.
- Client Coordination: Act as liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of queries.




- Training & Support: Provide guidance to teams on GeM service procurement processes and resolve operational challenges.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in GeM Portal service procurement, preferably in financial advisory or audit services.
- Strong understanding of Government procurement policies and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP tools; familiarity with GeM dashboards and reporting modules.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
