About the Role

Madrid Software is looking for a motivated and proactive Placement Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for helping our students secure good job opportunities with leading companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete placement process for students
- Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters
- Identify suitable job openings and internships for students




- Organize campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement events
- Prepare students for interviews through training and mock sessions
- Track placement records and share regular updates with the team
- Work closely with other departments to achieve high placement rates

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in placements, recruitment, or talent acquisition (experience in education/training sector is preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
