- We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with expertise in hiring for Accounting & Finance, Nursing/Hospital, Legal (Attorney), Construction, and Manufacturing roles.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Robust proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and ATS is required.
- The recruiter should be able to manage multiple requisitions, build talent pipelines, and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills are essential. Experience recruiting for the U.S. market is required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
