Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate travel leads.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding domestic and international tour packages.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
