​Key Skills & Requirements

Experience 0–2 years in restaurant/cafe hospitality (as lead supervisor or senior team member).

Leadership : Conflict resolution, active listening, and high emotional intelligence during rush hours.

Technical: Proficiency in POS software, inventory management tools, and shift-scheduling platforms.

1. Operations & Floor Management ​Daily Supervision: Oversee floor service during opening, peak hours, and closing to maintain service standards and speed. ​Problem Resolution: Directly resolve customer complaints, table issues, and service bottlenecks in real time. ​Inventory & Stock: Assist in ordering food, beverages, and supplies; monitor stock levels; and manage waste/spoilage. ​POS & Cash Handling: Manage point-of-sale systems, handle end-of-day register tallies, balance cash drawers, and track daily sales reports. ​

2. Staff Management & Leadership ​Scheduling & Rostering:



Draft shift rosters based on sales forecasts to manage labor costs while keeping the floor properly staffed. ​Training & Onboarding: Train current baristas, servers, and front-of-house staff on menu knowledge, customer service standards, and safety procedures. ​Performance Monitoring: Observe staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain team morale during high-volume periods. ​

3. Quality, Health & Safety Compliance ​Hygiene Standards: Ensure the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms comply with local food safety and sanitation regulations. ​Menu Execution: Coordinate with kitchen and bar leads to ensure food presentation, portion sizes, and beverage prep match establishment standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
