Team Leader – Manufacturing & Supplier Coordination Company

Role Objective

To manage supplier coordination, manufacturing operations, assembly activities, and production planning while ensuring on-time delivery, quality output, and smooth coordination between internal departments and external suppliers.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupplier Coordination & Follow-Up

- Follow up with suppliers for on-time material delivery
- Track purchase orders, dispatch status, and delivery schedules
- Monitor supplier delays and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding material availability and updates

Manufacturing & Assembly Operations

- Handle assembly operations on the shop floor
- Ensure smooth execution of manufacturing activities
- Monitor daily production activities and workflow
- Ensure high-quality product output during manufacturing and assembly

Production Planning & Execution

- Meet production and delivery timelines
- Create and execute daily and weekly action plans
- Track production progress and update status regularly
- Identify production bottlenecks and support corrective actions

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, and QC teams for smooth production flow
- Ensure proper communication between departments regarding production requirements
- Support issue resolution related to production and supplier coordination

Team Management

- Lead and manage the manufacturing team
- Monitor workforce productivity and discipline




- Allocate tasks and monitor execution on the shop floor
- Ensure team follows process and quality standards

Process Monitoring & Improvement

- Identify and solve production and supplier-related issues
- Implement process improvements to improve efficiency and workflow
- Maintain production reports, follow-up records, and status updates

Key Requirements

- Experience in manufacturing and assembly operations
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of quality control and inspection
- Team handling and supervision capability
- Ability to manage production timelines and supplier coordination
- Good communication and reporting skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
