Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our services, following up with leads, and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities:
*Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
*Explain company products and services clearly.
*Follow up with interested leads.
*Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
*Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
*Coordinate with the sales and HR team when required.
Requirements:
*Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English is an added advantage).
*Basic computer knowledge.
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
*Prior telecalling experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
