Madihah Home is looking for a dynamic and client-focused, Client Servicing & Sales Executive to drive sales across luxury gifting, wedding invitations, bespoke hampers, corporate gifting, and celebratory experiences. Incentive on every sale made.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage sales inquiries across retail, wedding, and corporate segments
- Conduct client consultations and understand gifting requirements
- Present product collections and customised solutions to clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
- Identify current business opportunities and partnerships

Requirements

- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Client servicing and negotiation abilities
- Passion for luxury, gifting, and relationship management
- Proactive and target-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
