Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in site supervision, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget. The Site Supervisor will coordinate workers, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Maintain records of work progress, materials, and site conditions.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues.
- Train and mentor site workers to ensure productivity and compliance.
- Handle site-related emergencies and troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available and properly maintained.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).




- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in site documentation and reporting.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- PMP or Construction Management certification
