We are looking for a results-driven and energetic Business Development Executive with proven experience in the cosmetics / personal care sector. The role involves identifying global business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving export sales in beauty, skincare, and personal care categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities in the cosmetics and personal care
Industry.
- Generate and manage leads through platforms like IndiaMART, Trade India, Alibaba, Just Dial, and
Direct B2B networking.
- Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
-Conduct competitive market research to identify demand trends and emerging opportunities in cosmetics exports.
- Develop effective sales strategies to expand the company’s global footprint.
-Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely order execution.
-Represent the company at cosmetic trade fairs, exhibitions, and international events.
-Prepare and maintain detailed reports on business growth, client feedback, and market forecasts.
Requirements:
-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-Ability to build strong global client relationships and achieve revenue targets.
-familiarity with B2B export platforms (IndiaMART, Alibaba, etc.).
-Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
